Annette has been a member of the Human Resource-Training team since 2007.  Her position takes her to the retail stores to conduct training classes and to interact with employees.

What appealed to me about Stauffers was the strong foundation of the company.  It is an establishment in this area.  The values that Stauffers holds are excellent, and they promote opportunities for growth within the company.

It is fun to work here.  It is very comfortable, you never feel like an outsider, you are welcomed by everyone.  I have been here going on 4 years, but it feels like I have been here for 10.  But it is still exciting, there are always new tasks and new challenges.  Good challenges, the challenges that make you a better employee and a better person.

I enjoy working in training because the position provides me so many opportunities to enhance my skills.  From conducting customer service classes to employees who just got hired for their first job, or interacting with employees who have been doing this for years.  My goal is to treat my last interaction of the day with the same passion as my first.  Give that person or task my full attention, and focus.
