The eggs, crabmeat and cheese are truly delicious together. Make more than you need, and they are a great sandwich for lunch (microwave for 30 seconds to heat).

Easy Bagel & Salad Dinner

Ingredients:
•1 - 15 oz. container of Fleischmann Egg Beaters, Cheese and Chive
•1 - 8 oz. container crab meat
•1 pkg. Lenders Bagels Plain
•1 stick of Kellers Butter Quarters Regular (room temperature)
•1 - 8 oz. pkg. Shurfine Cream Cheese Regular (room temperature)
•1 tsp. oregano
•1 tsp. marjoram
•1 tsp. basil
•1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
•1 tsp. lemon juice
•Pam
•1 bag of Salad Greens
•Ken's Salad Dressings

Before you cook your eggs, combine the butter, cream cheese, herbs, garlic and
lemon juice, and mix them together. (You can do this in the morning before leaving for work, then refrigerate and it will be ready for dinner.)
Spray a skillet with Pam and let it warm. In the meantime, whisk together egg
beaters and crab meat. Place in the hot pan, and scramble until the eggs are cooked.
Toast your bagels and spread the herb mixture on them. Put the eggs and crab mixture on top, and you have dinner.
Select one of your favorite Ken's Dressings to top salad greens, to add a salad to your dinner.
The herb spread can be used as a dip or for sandwiches, and is great with chicken.
