STAUFFERS RECIPES - VEGETARIAN

LOW CARB CHEESY PASTA
Delicious pasta that will satisfy everyone's appetites!

Ingredients:
•2 Tbsp. Butter
•3 Tbsp. Heluva Good Sour Cream Regular
•3 Tbsp. Ricotta Cheese
•1 cup Vegetable Blends, Broccoli/Cauliflower
•2 cups Dream Fields Lo Carb Pasta Penne
•1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
•1/2 cup peppers (chopped)
•1 Tbsp. minced garlic
•1 Tbsp. oregano
•1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice, to sprinkle on top
•Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions, and set aside. Saute onions, peppers, garlic and oregano in a pan for about 10 minutes. Add ricotta cheese, veggies, and pasta. Serve hot and enjoy!
