TURKEY CRAB BURGERS WITH FRESH VEGGIES
Turkey and crab burgers with cheese and fresh cole slaw - delicious!
Ingredients:
•1 - 8 oz. Container of Roland White Crab Meat
•2 - lbs. Stauffers ground turkey
•2 - Tbsp. Chi Chi Medium Salsa
•1 - Tbsp. Sour Cream
•1 - Tbsp. Heluva Good Hot Horseradish
•2 - cups 4C Plain Bread Crumbs
•Stauffers cooking spray
•salt and pepper to taste
•1 - head romaine lettuce
•3 - large fresh tomatoes
•1 - large red onion
•1 - bag coleslaw
•1 - jar Kraft Salad Dressing, Coleslaw
Make the burger patties by mixing the turkey meat, crab, salsa, sour cream, horseradish, bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Form into patties. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook the burgers, depending on thickness, for 8 - 10 minutes per side. While they’re cooking, cut up cheese, slice tomatoes and onion, and put coleslaw in a bowl, with dressing. Place the lettuce on a plate and fill it with burgers, veggies and slaw, and then everyone can help themselves. Enjoy!!
