SHRIMP SALAD Wonderful shrimp roll-ups with fresh vegetables for garnish - great for a quick meal, or appetizers. Ingredients: •2 lbs. fresh Stauffers shrimp, already cooked (medium) •2 Tbsp. Sour Cream •4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise •1 Tbsp. Crushed Pineapple •1 tsp. celery seed •1 pepper (cut very fine) •1 Tbsp. honey •Salt and pepper to taste •1 pkg. soft tacos •Assorted fresh veggies to garnish Cut up shrimp and set aside. Combine all other ingredients, add shrimp and put into soft taco shells. Serve with fresh veggies, and enjoy!
