STAUFFERS RECIPES - PORK

PASTA SALAD

Ingredients:
•1/2 Rotisserie Chicken
•1/2 lb. Essay Fat Free Deli Ham
•1 lb. Box Pasta (choose your favorite)
•1 Small Red Onion
•1 Can Black Olives, pitted
•10 Grape Tomatoes
•1 Tablespoon Oregeno
•1 Bottle Balsamic Vinagrette
•1 Pkg. Heluva Good Cheese, Sharp White Cheddar, cut in cubes
•1 Pkg. Ritz Whole Wheat Crackers
•Cream Cheese, lite neufchatel
•1 Can Campbells Select Soup, Country Vegetable

Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken, discard the skin, and cut chicken into medium pieces; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, run cold water over the cooked pasta, drain, then place in large bowl. To the pasta, add chicken, onion, black olives, grape tomatoes cut in half, oregano, and cheese. Blend well, add dressing, then place rolled up thin slices of ham on top of the salad.
Heat the soup and serve with crackers spread with lite cream cheese or butter.
