SALMON WITH BALSAMIC FLAIR
Delicious salmon with rice and broccoli - your family will love it!

Ingredients:
•1-1/2 lbs. fresh Salmon from Stauffers seafood selections
•1 tsp. crushed garlic
•2 Tbsp. honey
•2 tsp. dry mustard
•2 Tbsp. balsamic Vinegar
•Zest of one orange
•4 Tbsp. orange juice
•1 cup instant rice
•1 bag broccoli florets

Combine garlic, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, zest, and orange juice in a jar. Shake well, then brush this mixture on the salmon. Place the salmon in a hot skillet, and pour the rest of the balsamic combination in the pan. Cook 8-10 minutes per side. While the salmon is cooking, cook rice according to package directions, place fresh broccoli on rice, then place salmon with rice and broccoli, and enjoy!
