FRESH TUNA WITH PASTA SIDE DISH
A delicious new way to prepare fresh seafood, accompanied by the best pasta you ever tasted!

Ingredients:
•1 lb. pkg. San Giorgio Angel Hair Pasta
•1 jar Classico Alfredo Di Roma Sauce
•1/4 lb. Boar’s Head Deluxe Cooked Ham
•1 pkg. Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
•1 lb. Fresh Tuna from Stauffers Seafood Department
•1/2 cup fresh Minute Maid Orange Juice
•2 Tbsp. brown sugar
•2 Tbsp. soy sauce
•1 tsp. crushed garlic
•2 Tbsp. honey
•2 tsp. cornstarch
•1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in Pyrex bowl. Add Classico Alfredo Sauce, ham cut in 1/2 inch pieces, and mozzarella cheese. Mix together and cook in oven, 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

After placing pasta dish in oven, start the tuna.
Clean tuna, dry on paper towels, and set aside. In a saucepan, place orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, honey, cornstarch and mandarin oranges. Cook until all is mixed, about 5 minutes. Place half of the mixture in a skillet, set at medium high heat, then place the tuna in the skillet. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side, and serve with pasta. Use remaining sauce to pour over the tuna before serving. ENJOY!!
