STAUFFERS RECIPES - BEEF

A great new way to use beef butt tenderloins, cut into filets, and cooked on the grill with veggies - delicious, easy to prepare, and clean up is a breeze!
Ingredients:
•4 lbs. - Stauffers Choice Whole Peeled Beef Butt Tenderloins
•5 - red potatoes
•1 - pkg. snow peas
•1 - Tbsp. butter
•1 - tsp. lemon pepper
•1/2 - tsp. dry mustard
•1 - cup maple syrup
•1/3 - cup balsamic vinegar
•1/2 - cup brown sugar
•1/2 - tsp. cinnamon
Clean filets (ask butcher to cut filets about 3/4 inch thick, so you can cook in 30 min. or less) and set aside. In a bowl, combine lemon pepper, mustard, syrup, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the red potatoes very thin, almost see through, and place on large sheet of Reynolds wrap. Add snow peas, place butter and lemon pepper on top, and wrap very tightly.
Turn on the grill, and place filet, and veggie and potatoes on the grill. Turn the filets after 10 min. Wait 15 min to turn veggies. Cook filets another 10 minutes, then brush on syrup glaze and cook another minute or so, and then turn and brush other side, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the filets and the veggies and potatoes, serve and enjoy. This glaze is great to put extra on filets, and to glaze pork and hamburgers, YUMMY!
