LITTLE MEAT LOAVES
These individual little meat loaves can be made to order, with whatever you like inside - these have cheese in them, and they're delicious!

Ingredients:
•3 lbs. Stauffers Own Made Chopped Sirloin
•3 Eggs
•3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
•1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
•2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce Regular
•2-3 cups Flavored Bread Crumbs
•1/2 cup Sour Cream
•5 Slices Kraft Monterey Jack Natural Chunk Cheese
•Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all above ingredients, except the Monterey Jack cheese. Form into 4 mini meat loaves. Make a well on top of each meat loaf, and fill with Monterey Jack cheese. Form again, so the cheese is inside. Preparation time is 10 minutes or less. Place the loaves on a cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with fresh veggies and Breakstone Cottage Cheese, and you will have a full meal and a delight to the palette.
