STAUFFERS RECIPES - POULTRY

SPINACH AND CHICKEN SOUP
Delicious new fall weather soup, sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients:
•1 bag 24 oz. Rosetto Pasta, Small Cheese Ravioli
•1 can Swanson Chicken Broth
•1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
•1 cup of chicken, already cooked (try SKH Roasters)
•2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
•2 cups Carnation Evaporated Milk
•Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste

In a large saucepan place broth, chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, and place on medium heat. Add ravioli and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
With fall days upon us, this is a quick, tasty soup that will be done in 30 minutes or less.
