TURKEY CUTLETS WITH NOODLES
A new way to serve turkey, seasoned with bread crumbs, with cheesy topped noodles.
Ingredients:
•6 Turkey Cutlets, cut thin
•1 egg
•1/4 cup Crisco Cooking Oil, Regular
•1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
•1 pkg. PA Dutch Noodles, Medium
•2 Tbsp. Butter, Regular
•1 cup Natural Shredded Cheese Cheddar
•Salt and Pepper to taste
Whisk the egg in a bowl. Wash and pat dry the turkey cutlets. Place oil in a pan, on high heat. Place the cutlets in egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Place the coated cutlets in the skillet, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet, and place on paper towels. You can be cooking the noodles at the same time - follow the package directions. Remove the noodles from the stove, drain, add butter and cheese, and serve as a side dish. A great meal in less then 30 minutes!
