FAJITA CHICKEN APPETIZERS

Ingredients:
•1 Box Old El Paso Dinner Kit, Fajita
•2 cups cooked chicken
•1/2 cup water
•Fajita mix (in box)
•Salsa (in box)
•1 green pepper (cut up)
•1/2 cup cheddar cheese
•1 Tbsp. Heluva Good Hot Horseradish
•1 Cup Sour Cream Regular
•1/2 cup sundried tomatoes in oil (cut up)

Place the cooked chicken, fajita mix, salsa, pepper and water in a pan and mix well for 5 minutes. Remove, place the mixture on flour tortillas, and garnish with cheese. Roll up, cut into 3 pieces, and add a toothpick to secure. For the dip, in a bowl blend sour cream, horseradish and sundried tomatoes. Mix well, and use as a dip for your miniature appetizer. Enjoy!!
