We are proud to announce that our company was awarded one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK in PA 2002 for large size companies.

This award program, created in 2002 by the Ridge-Schweiker Administration, is the first of its kind offered by a state. The program is a public/private partnership of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Kuntz Lesher LLP, Central Penn Business Journal, the Great Place to Work® Institute, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.

This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

Approximately 250 companies were entered into the two-part process of determining the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. These assessments were performed by Kuntz Lesher LLP and made up 25% of each company's score. The second part consisted of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Employee Survey, through which the Institute evaluated the employee survey results and comments. This part of the process was worth 75% of the total score. The Great Place to Work® Institute combined the scores, determined the top companies, and did the final ranking. The winners were chosen by the Great Place to Work® Institute using the same formula as the Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work for in America".
