
Coupon to Card allows you to download manufacturer eCoupons to the Stauffers Rewards card. When your card is scanned by the cashier, your downloaded eCoupons are automatically redeemed for the products you have purchased in accordance with the eCoupon terms – be sure to note any purchase restrictions.

Q: Why must I login or create an account to download coupons to my Stauffers Rewards card?
A: We require that you set up a secure account for Coupon to Card in order to securely download your coupons to your Stauffers Rewards and to keep your personal information private. Once you’ve entered your card data into your profile we will save it for your future use so you don’t need to re-enter it during future visits. Logging into your account also enables you to save coupons for future use (as long as they are available).
Q: How many times can I save the same coupon to my Stauffers Rewards card?
A: The number of times you can download the same coupon to your Stauffers Rewards card is determined by the manufacturer. Typically this is just one time.
Q: How long do I have to wait after I have downloaded a coupon to use it?
A: Your coupons are ready for redemption within five minutes after you download them to your Stauffers Rewards card.
Q: Why can I not print coupons to be redeemed at Stauffers of Kissel Hill?
A: Each manufacturer and/or retailer determines how coupons can be redeemed: print, download or both. If only one of the functions is displayed, the manufacturer and/or retailer will only accept the coupon in that form.
Q: What is the “Print Shopping List” function?
A: The “Print Shopping List” function prints a list of all coupons, and their purchase requirements, you have downloaded to your loyalty cards that have not yet been redeemed or expired.
Q: What happens when I use the “Send” functionality?
A: The “Send” function allows you to email family and friends letting them know about the coupon that you think they would enjoy. The email describes the coupon and gives them a direct link to it on the site.
Q: My coupons did not show up as redeemed. What should I do?
A: Stop at customer service to make sure your coupons are loaded correctly onto your card. If you have any problems with the Coupon to Card functionality contact their support line at 877-823-7119 or open an email to wecare@redplum.com, and describe your issue.
