Who is “Rosie”?
Rosie is our partner for Stauffers Online grocery shopping. The Rosie system transmits your order to your Stauffers Fresh Foods store, where our personal shoppers complete your order.
How do I get started with the online grocery app?
Visit www.skh.com, click “Shop Online” and select Online Groceries. From here choose your preferred store and where you can sign up for a free account. You can also download the Rosie App from the Apple Store or Google Play. Once registered, begin shopping!
What does buying groceries online from Stauffers cost?
The convenience fee for all pickup orders is $3.99. All sales and advertised prices found in-store are honored online at the same price, excluding “Buy & Save” and “Must Buy” offers (e.g., “Buy 10 items, get $10 off” or “5 for $10, must buy 5”). For other items, the prices will vary from those in store to help cover the costs of picking, packing and processing. “Buy One Get One Free” items are displayed on Rosie at half the retail price (e.g., an item that is $4 retail would be $2 for a “BOGOF” sale). Orders may be scheduled up to 5 days in advance.
*Please note that the price charged will be the price in effect the day the order is picked up (not the day the order is placed).

Is there a Delivery Fee?
We deliver up to 8 miles from either store! When you place an order for delivery, the $3.99 convenience pickup fee is no longer applied. For delivery, there is an added-cost on to your order based on your geographical distance from your store of choice. We charge a delivery fee of $7.99 for locations up to 3 miles away from the store. For locations between 3.1 miles and 5 miles, the delivery fee is $10.99, and for locations between 5.1 miles and 8 miles, the delivery fee is $12.99.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum grocery order is $35.

How is my food selected when ordering groceries online?
Your personal shopper inspects and selects every item on your order to assure freshness and quality. Your personal shopper will also follow any specific
instructions or notes you attach to the items in your cart; if you’d like your bananas a little greener or your lunch meat sliced extra thin, we can make that happen.
What is the process for out-of-stock items and substitutions?
We strive to have all products in stock, but on occasion, we may be out of an item at the time your order is picked by your personal shopper. With Stauffers Online grocery service, you have the option to choose if you would like substitutions (your personal shopper will only substitute an item after contacting you) or no substitutions (this would mean your order will be picked without those items). You will not be charged for any items not included in your order.
What if I can’t find an item during online grocery shopping?
A feature called “Can’t find it?” is available. Just give us a short explanation of what it is you’re looking for, add the product request to your cart, and we’ll do our best to locate it for you.
What are the pickup and delivery times?
Pickup times are every day between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Delivery is available Tuesdays between 1pm-3pm, Thursdays between 6pm-8pm, and Saturdays between 1pm-3pm. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, orders for same-day delivery are required to be scheduled by 9am, while on Thursdays the required time is 2pm. To ensure the pickup time you want is convenient for your shopping needs, click on the stopwatch to see what times are available. Orders can be placed up to 5 days in advance.
Where do I pick up my online grocery order?
When you arrive in our parking lot, look for the designated “Stauffers Online Grocery” spot located in our parking lot close to the Under the Tent area. Call or text the number on the sign to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your order out and load it into your car. There is no need for you to get out of your car, it’s that easy!
How will I know when my Groceries are on their way?
Our expert personal shoppers are trained to call you when they are about to depart the store with your order. They will provide you with an approximate arrival time based off of their GPS’s estimation. If at any point miscellaneous road conditions cause a delay in their travel time, they will be sure to give you a call to update you on their status. When they arrive at your location, our personal shoppers will carefully transport your groceries from the van to your door, receive your confirmation code, and thank you for your order!
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. We apologize, but gift cards are not accepted as online payment at this time. On your statement, the charge will appear as “Rosie.” (Please note that if your order had any adjustments, this will appear as a separate line item on your bank statement.)
Can I use coupons or my organization, business or team member discount for online grocery purchases?
No, you will need to make your purchases in-store to receive any discounts.
Will I still earn Stauffers grocery Rewards?
Absolutely! Once you register your Stauffers Rewards card, you will continue to accumulate grocery Rewards just as you do in the store.
Will I be able to redeem my grocery Rewards online?
No, you are not able to redeem your earned Rewards for online grocery purchases. You will need to make an in-store purchase to redeem your Rewards. Your Reward is available the next day after it is earned and is redeemable within Rewards program guidelines.
How do I shop Rosie?
You can shop Rosie by browsing the categories listed on the left under “My Store” or by using the “Search” field and typing in specific UPC numbers or product descriptions. Additionally, if you shop Rosie using the mobile app, you can scan a product’s barcode with your phone’s camera and add it to your order.
How do I set my preferences and add my Stauffers Rewards card?
When you click on the “My Account” menu, you have the following options:
1. “Change Stores” to select a different location.
2. “Account Details” to view and make changes to your account information.
3. “Preferences” to set up reminders and to note your substitution preference; remember, choosing no substitutions means out
of stock items will be removed from your order.
4. “Wallet” to add your Stauffers Rewards card to your account.
5. “Log Out” to exit the online system.
How can I maximize my Stauffers Online grocery shopping experience?
There are many ways to get the most out of your Stauffers Online grocery shopping. Here are our top 4 favorites:
1. List-you can make as many lists as you like and customize them however you choose. Make a list of items you buy every
week, choose those items from the list and automatically add them to your order without having to search for them every time.
To add an item to a list, simply click on the item and choose “Save to a List.” You can create a new list or save it to a previous list.
2. Favorites-Items you buy regularly can be made a “Favorite” and will appear on your landing page when you log in to Rosie,
making it easy to add those items to your cart. To make an item a “Favorite,” click on the item and slide the “Favorite” button to
the right, changing it from red to green.
3. Making Notes-You can add notes to any item. Choose the item and click the box under “Add Note.” Here, you can tell us if
you want your lunch meat sliced or chipped, your coffee whole bean or ground, or your bananas yellow or slightly green.
Click “Save” after writing your note.
4. My Orders-Here, you can review previous orders, add an entire past order or specific items from a previous order to your current order, and see your confirmation code for pickup.
How do I know what is on sale?
All sale items have a red banner in the upper right corner. To see the date a sale ends, click on the item and select the “Sale Details” tab. Please note that the price charged will be the price in effect the day the order is picked up (not the day the order is placed).
How are items priced/ordered in the online system?
Items can be priced/ordered in three ways:
1. One flat price per item – price will appear in bold – order the number of items you want.
2. Sold by the pound – price/lb will appear in bold – order the weight you want; your personal shopper will select an item that is
close to your requested weight.
3. Sold by the unit, priced by the pound – price ea will appear in bold – order the number of items you want; once the items are
picked by your personal shopper, they will be weighed and priced per pound.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
You can make changes to your order or cancel your order by calling the store at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
How can I contact my personal shopper or delivery driver?
Because our personal shoppers are busy hand selecting groceries for you, you will want to call or text them directly on their mobile phone; do not call the store phone. Call or text your personal shopper at Rohrerstown Road at 717-892-9871 and at Lititz Pike at 717-892-9873. You can also contact your delivery drivers’ cell phones! Contact the Rohrerstown Road delivery driver at 717-990-9746 and the Lititz Pike delivery driver at 717-990-9751.
Why am I asked to give a phone number at checkout?
It is important that you provide us with a phone number where you can easily be reached. While shopping your order, your personal shopper may have a question or need to make a substitution and will want to contact you before completing the order. We want to make sure you get all your items or a suitable substitute.
