If a plant doesn’t survive, bring it back within the timeframes listed here with your receipt for a hassle-free refund. We want your garden to be a source of joy, not stress!

- Perennials – Guaranteed until Nov. 1st of the year of Purchase
- Houseplants, Tropical Plants & Trees – 1 Month from Purchase
- Annual Flowers & Water Plants – 1 Week from Purchase
- Hanging Baskets – 1 Week from Purchase
- Lawn & Garden Goods – 1 Month from Purchase
- Boutique & Fashion Accessories – 1 Month from Purchase with original manufacturer’s tags attached
Plants are eligible for a one-time replacement or refund.
Merchandise returns are accepted at all Stauffers stores. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Items returned will be refunded by the method paid in the amount of the purchase price of the product.
