Receiving Your Order

Picking Up Your Order

• Each of our Fresh Foods Locations have designated parking spots for customers coming for curbside pick-up. Please park in one of these spaces.

• Call or text your personal shopper to let them know you have arrived. Please include your name/order number and your confirmation code in your message.
  • If you text your personal shopper, you will receive a text back with an auto-response letting you know we have received your message.
• A personal shopper will come to your car shortly and load your groceries.
• If you are running late picking up your order, please call us and let us know! After 24hrs, your order may be canceled if we do not hear from you.

 

Delivery Orders

• Our Delivery Driver will drive to your specified location between the hours that you chose. Someone will need to be available to receive the groceries.

• Our driver will place your groceries outside your door, ring the doorbell and wait for you to answer the door.
  • Customers are no longer required to sign for orders
  • Our policy states that our drivers will not enter your residence
  • You will need to provide the driver with your name/order number and confirmation code
