What is the fee for shopping online?
The convenience fee for all pickup orders is $3.99. Delivery fees can range from $7.99-$12.99. The convenience fee is waived for all delivery orders.

How are items priced online?
The product prices may vary from those in store to help cover the costs of picking, packing and processing; however, all sale prices (in our ad circular) are the same for both online and in-store purchases.

Will the price reflect the day the order is placed or picked up?
If you are ordering sale items, you will be charged the shelf price in effect the day the order is picked. Your estimated total may vary due to the change in advertised prices along with the minor price variations for items sold by weight. If you notice an item that you believe is priced incorrectly, please click here.
What is the Delivery Fee?
We deliver up to an 8-mile radius from all three stores! When you place an order for delivery, the $3.99 convenience pickup fee is no longer applied. We charge a delivery fee (using straight line distance):
- $7.99 for home delivery up to 3 miles
- $10.99 for home delivery between 3.1 – 5 miles
- $12.99 for home delivery between 5.1 – 8 miles

We practice contactless delivery. Our driver will place groceries outside your door and ring the doorbell. They will leave once the customer comes to the door. A signature is no longer required on deliveries.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount.
Do you have a freshness guarantee?
Whether shopping in-store or online, our goal is to delight our shoppers by combining the best customer service with the freshest foods. Your personal shopper inspects and selects every item in your order to assure freshness and quality.
They will follow any specific instructions or notes you attach to the items in your cart; if you’d like your bananas a little greener or your lunch meat sliced extra thin, we can make that happen. Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we stand behind our products and offer a Return Policy.

What are the pickup and delivery times?
Pickup times are every day between 8am-7pm. Available pick up times are at least 3 hours prior to pickup.
- Delivery is available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays between 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm.
- Order by 10am the day of delivery for 2pm-4pm delivery.
- Order by 2pm the day of delivery for 6pm-8pm delivery.
At the top of the online shopping screen, you will see the soonest available order time. Orders can be placed up to 10 days in advance.
